Welcome to Shemart.com also hereby known as “we”, “us” or “Shemart”. Please read these Terms & conditions carefully before using this Site. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site. This Site is owned and operated by Shemart.
The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Shipping Times
We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh within 48-72 hours.
Shipping Charges
All over Bangladesh we are providing home delivery at Dhaka 80 taka, Gazipur 60 tk, and All Over The Country 130 tk. We do not accept any advance charges at the time of product order. We do not even take courier charges in advance.
Delivering the right product to the customer is our main success. If you receive a defective or wrong product from Shemart, we must replace the product or refund the money you paid after sending it to us. And you will not be charged extra for exchanging such defective products. See return and refund policy for details.
Return & Refund:
We follow ‘Closed Box Delivery’ policy. Which is very important to ensure the integrity of the product, maintain customer privacy and prevent adulteration or alteration of the product. If you receive a defective or incorrect product from Shemart, you can of course return it. We offer product replacement or refund based on the following conditions.
If you find any defect in the product (damage, defective or incorrect product) upon opening the box, please contact our Customer Relationship Management Department with appropriate photos or videos as proof. You can contact on Facebook page inbox or mobile number (+8801305476604).
Customer Relationship Management Department will decide to change the product or adjust the payment based on discussion or arrange for refund of the money paid. But must inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
There are no exchanges, replacements or refunds for used products.
Change of mind or smell, color and product not liked after purchasing the product, in this case there is no possibility of exchange or refund.
If you unseal the product or return the product as it does not suit you, your complaint will not be entertained.
If you have ordered a product by mistake, you will have the opportunity to exchange it. In that case, you will have to bear the cost of returning the wrong product and resending the new product. However, management will consider the type of product, complexity of exchange process, etc.
When returning a product, it must be returned along with the original invoice paper, Shemart box, intact product packaging box (where applicable).
